It's very disappointing to have received your notice. At Morton’s, we pride ourselves on our customer’s satisfaction. As with any complaint, there is always another side of the story. Please take a moment to review our side.

complete the contracted Lawn Installation. The contract called for rock hounding and hand raking of the lawn area. The front yard rock hounding was completed without an issue. The back yard was not accessible with our equipment do to the spacing between houses and new construction in the rear of the home. Morton’s did hand rake the area to remove rocks and debris. We then installed topsoil, seed, straw and fertilizer as contracted. When Mr. [redacted] arrived home he notified me that he thought there were some areas of the lawn that still showed some of the previous existing weeds. I notified him that we would come back and complete any touch up work to satisfy his request. We returned on August 20th to cut down any weeds and any install additional topsoil, seed straw and fertilizer to satisfy his request. As with any new lawn it takes 4-6 for germination and 2 growing seasons to be established. On Sept. 17th I stopped at the [redacted] residence to review the lawn. I notified him that the lawn was coming in nicely and that he should continue watering and must fertilize the lawn again. On October 1st we received a call from Mr. [redacted]'s mother. She said that he was not happy with the lawn. On Oct. 2, I returned to Mr. [redacted]'s house and told him that the front yard was ready for mowing and that he needs to fertilize the for proper growth. Any treatment for weeds cannot be completed until after the 3rd mowing. On Oct. 2nd Mr. [redacted] responded to my email notifying me to stop contacting him about the lawn in a vulgar manner. He then emailed me to notify me that if I contacted him again it would be harassment. On Oct, 6th we received a notice from your office. Please note that all dates and conversations can be documented by the original time stamped emails.Thank you,
