Review: I went to this tire shop to have a patch put in my tire from a nail I picked up off of the street somewhere. This business is not professional in any way. They were asked to patch 1 tire Only. They then tried to force me to rotate my tires at which time my husband told them that we did not want them rotated and to please not do it. They proceeded to rotate my tires anyway without us knowing. So we paid the total just to not cause problems at which time both workers began demanding a tip for their services. It's a very uncomfortable situation to be in when you are put in this situation by business owners/workers. The real problem came to my attention the day after when I got on the interstate in Metairie LA and my speed rose to 50 mph my wheel started shaking out if control. I instinctively thought it was from the tire rotation, and now I will have to bring my 2011 Kia Optima to the dealership to have it aligned. I was pretty upset but sometimes things happen in life at which time we have to deal with them. When I pulled in my driveway I looked at my tires and noticed I had a MAIN LOCK lug nut missing from my front passenger tire. This lug nut is critical as if you do not have it... Someone could take my tires off (the one unlocks the rest). When my husband got home he checked to make sure the rest of the lug nuts were tight and there were like 2 on each tire that were loose and just carelessly put back on. I have a small child and this could have cost me my life or my child's life had I not noticed the warning signs. These people are only worried about making a dollar and should not be running a business if they have no contact information. I hope someone else like myself does not get hurt from the unprofessional work these people do, and they just stand there and beg for money. It truly is SAD.Desired Settlement: I have called the cell phone # posted to their door in tiny print, and have gotten excuse after excuse. The owner told me to go drive over there and look outside on the ground because that's is where I would be able to find it. He offered no replacement of my critical lock lug nut , and he seemed to think it was funny. He then asked me how do I know it was missing from them, and that it's not their fault my tires were not put back on correctly. I would like my lug nut to be replaced. Cost = $42
