patients The extent of the hair cut is not fully known until the day of the procedure We do encourage follow ups for all patients, especially if any concerns arise We often see patients multiple times the first year to make sure all is going well We wish you had come in prior to making any further decisions Please understand this is a medical procedure and although we strive to achieve the results you expect, we also ask that you stay in touch and come in when they are not what you expect A lot of what you described can easily be discussed here in our clinic We are not able to remotely manage patient care in these situations We want to assure you that we are here for you Please schedule a visit with us to come in and review this matter We realize you are busy and we do not often see patients Friday afternoon, but we can hold the door for you if that makes it easier Once we examine you and discuss the concerns in person, we would like to review all possibilities in how we can make you happy
