Thank you for bringing this issue to Solar Mosaic, Inc.’s (“Mosaic”) attention. Mosaic takes all consumer complaints seriously. 
 
We understand your complaint to concern the processing of a loan payment, closure of your loan account as a result of your...

payoff payment, and credit reporting.    
 
As for the processing of the loan payment issue, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the automatic payment debit process.  Our records show that the automatic payment was refunded to your designated checking account in September 2017.
 
The second issue raised in your complaint concerns the payoff payment you made to satisfy your loan obligations and closure of your account.  As of September 2017, your account is marked as paid in full and was formally closed. 
 
Lastly, you raised an issue regarding the credit reporting of your loan account.  Please note that we are working to submit a credit reporting update to the credit reporting bureaus which will show that your account is paid in full.  The processing of a credit reporting update may take up to sixty days to process and reflect on credit report.
