Mosaic Management

I used Moasic Management, LLC for their property management services from Nov 2018 till Nov 2019. At the termination of that tenants lease I decided to use another company services. Since before the tenant moved out I have been asking for the final payment/year end statement for tax purposes and have received nothing. I have called, emailed, and texted multiple times but have not received the needed documentation OR an answer to my calls, emails, and texts (for the majority of the time). The few times I have gotten a response I get "it will be sent out shortly" or "by the end of the week" and it has been at least 2 months with nothing and no follow up. They received their property management fees upfront (as they took the money out of the monthly rent payment) so the delay is not due to any monies due to them.
