HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered 10 of these tiles. The website allowed me to purchase them as singles. After waiting about 5 days with no email confirmation, I called the business to ask what was going on as I saw the charge on my credit card. Upon calling, I quickly realized I was calling someones cell phone. The person that answered put me on a long hold while they checked on my order. He also informed me that often their order confirmation emails end up in your spam box... sure enough there it was! It sounded like there were children in the background so I assume this person was working from home. He then came back telling me he had to check the Boston distribution center to ensure that the item was in stock. Second he started telling me that I could not purchase 10 as they are sold in 4 packs. The website never aid this and again it allowed me to purchase 10 and charged me for 10. So now I am being told I need to make another purchase of 2 additional tiles. Okay I guess... but didn't sit well with me. More time passed with no response when the order was going to be ready for pickup. A couple of inquiry emails again over a couple more days, and the email I got back read:

"Jonathan,

Unfortunately this item is not in stock in our Boston, MA...the closest location available for pickup is Edison, NJ. Please advise if you would like to receive a refund or pickup at Edison, NJ.

thanks"

Yea NO! I do not think that I should be responsible for driving to NJ to pickup my order, nor paying for the cost of shipping when I elected local pickup from the beginning. When I challenged them on this and called them on the fact that their website says that they have 4850 of this item in stock, I was told that their website is "not that smart" and that they cant keep track of all of their points of distribution around the country. I spoke to the "customer service" person again who started making all these excuses for why they can not get me the tiles. I asked him to stop and think about the situation. I told him I am the customer and should not be told all these reasons why their business model doesn't work well. I just want the tiles that I paid for. Clearly this business is just a virtual dealer / re-seller for MSI stone that does not care if they create unhappy customers. Reputation means NOTHING to them. The last email they sent informed me that they fully refunded my order. That's fine but I will never do business with you again and the general public has a right to know what kind of shabby business they run. BUYER BEWARE! BAD BAD BAD customer service. Thanks for wasting my time and frustrating the hell out of me.

Review: I called and spoke to someone about what I wanted and they sent me a sample based on my description. I loved it. I called the company to order 70 sq. ft. of the sample. I told them I wanted exactly what they sent me a sample of. They assured me they were ordering me the sample. When the tile arrived it was cut differently (a different size) then the sample. The tiles were smaller (thus more little tiles in 1 sq ft mesh) creating a busier look than what I wanted. I called them to explain the problem. I also looked up what they had sent me on their site and the online description was wrong as well. It stated 72 tiles per sq. ft when it was actually cut at 84 tiles per square foot (a whole lot more tiles when you are putting up 70 sq ft). They told me they would pick up the tiles and refund my money. It is now a month later and nothing. When I spoke with them again the other day for the 50th time they said I would have to split the cost with them of shipping the tiles back. Are you kidding me? This was not my error.

It states specifically on their website that if they sent the wrong tile they will provide a full refund including shipping. I called the day after I received the tile to let them know about this error.

They are also arguing that they sent a truck once to pick up the tile and because the tile wasn't outside they are only going to split the shipping cost now. They told me they would have a truck in my area to pick up the tile on April 19th. I told them that I was on vacation from April 13-22 so this would not work. I did not want to leave $750 worth of tile sitting outside for a week. They told me they'd get back to me with a different date and never did. When I returned from vacation there was a notice saying a truck had been here but no tile was left outside.Desired Settlement: I need this tile picked up and a complete refund. No shipping costs and no restocking fee.
