horrible company, very disorganized, I contacted them from July to quote me for a project, the man would not come to inspect the place but asked to send pictures on the phone, he gave me a quote and would not touch it until paid, after he cashed the money I kept calling and calling and at the end of October no body showed up to do the work and finally the manager called me and they said that he dropped the ball, they never did what they got the money to do and the summer is gone and there is no way to do it now that it is cold
The crew from Moscarino did a "great job" under very difficult weather conditions Ray, Matt and Martin were extremely pleasant to work and they made certain that we were happy with their work as it progressedThe end result was better than expectedWe’ll be working together again next year
This year I decided I was absolutely not going to do my own mulchI have a crazy busy schedule and would just rather spend my limited free time with my family rather that cleaning mulch bedsI overspent and over worked last yearSo called Moscarino and despite it being the busy time of year, they got to my job ahead of scheduleI had them clean / edge the beds and trim trim the hedgesGreat workand they finished the job same day, unlike some other contractors that I could mentionGreat company to work withExcellent customer service, they even fixed a broken decorative tree free of chargeWould recommended these guys to everyone

The property that I manage committed to a one year contract in We are a fairly large property.The first half of the season Moscarino missed multiple daysSome were due to weather but were not addressed during the week, when the weather clearedI was always told what they thought I wanted to hearI would have preferred the truthSecond half of the season was better, after they learned I was looking for another companyThey started the fall clean but no one came back to finish the jobOnly a small part had been finishedAfter many nice days and multiple phone calls to upper management and MrMoscarino that were never returned I decided to hire another company for next year and they finished this year's fall clean up as part of our arrangement I was told by the Moscarino rep that Moscarino normally only handles A list properties and my property does not fit that categoryOur new company wants our business and I would be glad to recommend themThey are proud of our property and it feels good to be a priority not the last choice
