An investigator from the DMV went down to the dealership location and went through all the paperwork which he found to be incomplete and illegal. He therefore was able to get Moschetta to reimburse my deposit of $1800.00 and also get a "lean release" from them stating I have no financial responsibilities for the car. The Revdex.com never contacted Moschetta Auto Group. I would like people to know this dealership is not trustworthy and would strongly advise that customers be made aware of this companies illegal activities.?

Review: I financed a car through this used car dealership. I put money down on the car and began making my monthly payment through [redacted]. I received a temporary registration from Moschetta Auto but it expired and I told them I never received the registration from DMV. They gave me a second temporary registration which also expired and when I drove there, they said some of their clients were also experiencing the same problem. It is illegal for them not to properly register the car and I called [redacted] and told them I was not going to keep making payments if the car wasn't going to be registered. I did receive a third temporary registration (which is illegal). I spoke to a superviser at [redacted] about the situation again and the next morning my car was gone. I called [redacted] and asked if they repossessed the car (I was 29 days past due) and they told me that they spoke to Moschetta Auto, and they requested that my loan get "kicked back" to them. Without any warning from the bank or any kind of communication from anyone, Moschetta towed my car the next morning out of my driveway. DMV has an ongoing investigation regarding this dealership and I have yet to hear back from them. I have an open loan showing on my credit report which is preventing me from leasing or financing another car at the present time which is making it very difficult for me to commute to work. This dealership is running some kind of scam. The two men that work there are liars and dishonest. I would suggest the no one buy or finance a vehicle from them. It will only lead to aggravation and grief. "Buyer Beware"!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, have the open loan taken off my credit report, and would like to see Moschetta Auto closed up and out of business.

Review: I purchased a used Lexus on 8/**/14 I traded in a used accura as of 12/** the dealer has not paid off my trade they have not also registered my current car I have been giving several temp registrations the dealer has not paid the wholesaler for the vehicle I purchased according to the [redacted] this is not his problem it his former managers problemDesired Settlement: I need my trade paid off and for the dealership to pay for credit repair I would like my current vehicle to be registered and titled to me or a refund
