UNRELIABLE AND SLOW SERVICE!
Ordered copper mugs as a gift to my husband for Father's Day. Mugs arrived after a month, Father's Day and 4th of July passed by. I called and e-mailed them numerous times. All they can tell me is that it's in the mail. I got to the point where I was so tired of waiting, that I told them to just cancel my order and refund me my payment. Service and Delivery of Product is VERY VERY SLOW. I have not received the recipe book as of this writing. I haven't completely checked on the mugs I just received. If I find any defects, I will return everything I bought. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM MOSCOW COPPER COMPANY AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Review: I ordered a set of copper mugs from the Moscow Mule Co. over 11 days ago. They charged my credit card the day after I placed the order and sent me an e-mail confirmation explaining that the mugs were being hand crafted and I would hear from them in a few days to ensure I received my package and was satisfied. As of 2 days ago, I had heard nothing back, so I e-mailed them twice inquiring about my order. I received no response. I also called their 888 number in which they give you 3 options: press 1 for sales, press 2 for support or 0 to speak with a representative. I called 3 times, trying a different option on each call, but getting voicemail every time. I visited their facebook page where 3 other people posted on their wall complaints with the same issue. One woman had waited nearly a month with no contact from the company. They all ended up calling their credit card company to dispute the charge. Most online companies don't charge the full amount until the order has shipped. I understand this is not always the case, but there needs to at least be communication from the company! The fact that JJ Resnick's other business, servicedogregistration.org, gives pet owners fake "service animal" vests (so they can take them into restaurants, shops, planes, etc.) for a nominal fee makes me even more suspicious that this company is performing some questionable practices. I would like to hear a response from this business and know once and for all why it seems impossible to contact anyone at the company, and when I can expect my mugs to arrive.Desired Settlement: I would like a representative from the business to contact me. Depending on the outcome of that conversation, I may or may not cancel my order.
