After review of patient’s file and complaint it has been determined that all services that were provided were first discussed with costs, risks, and alternatives and the patient agreed on our course of action as well as the fees. In
subsequent contact, he still says he “loves my partials.” Patient was initially seen on our “Free Community Dental Day”The patient chose to come back after that day because he was pleased with the work DrBenjamin B*** providedDrB*** offered this patient discounts on multiple occasions as to help the patient be able to afford the services he consented to be treated forNo implants were placed during the process of treatment and with regularly scheduled maintenance and use of the prosthetics that were provided and accepted the patients mouth would be in a stable situation; however patient has not come in for his recommended re-care schedule
We would be happy to discuss further with the patient a future course of action, but considering the care of his current dental situation and willingness to follow our recommendations to keep is situation stable it will be unlikely to improve

As he didn't call until the last payment was ready for payment, the teeth are loose and a dentist outside of the Idaho/Washington Palouse is our only choice it would not be in our favor to put up with another "snarky" phone call from the dentist. He never showed on paper what discounts he gave, even when the office was asked directly by us to show them. The retainers are worthless after $was spent on them. He gives free care every so often to the community as a whole so he doesn't suffer business-wise by giving discounts.
