Extremely negative experience with Moseley. Their secretary is very rude, verbally abusive and insulting. They did NOT properly clean the chimney and fireplace chamber to ensure it was safe for use. Odors from the fireplace resulted in severe respiratory issues with household members. Company offered very little to resolve issue.
