Snap Advances loaned us 48,for our business and took $16,right off the top for their "fees", leaving us with $32,for our business expenses but still owing the original loan amtThis is a horrible rate and a terrible way to rip off the consumer! We did not realize this until we were so behind in our payroll that we had no choice but to take this terrible deal, however, I asked the question before we signed the contract " is there any pre-payment penalty?" to which the agent said "no" I interpreted this to mean that we would not be charged a fee if we paid it off early and would recieve money back if we paid the loan off I thought this as this is what I have experienced with other companies I have obtained loans fromI couldnt imagine a company keeping a consumer money when they have returned the funds To make matters worse, I called for a payoffhours later they sent the payoff letter We noticed that they continued to take automatic daily withdrawal
