Review: This office charged myself and my child for services not rendered on a visit on 6-05-2015. As I am now a self-pay and not covered by insurance this dentist office required payment at time of service. I paid the entire amount they requested that day with my debit card. I did not receive an invoice or a receipt. Several weeks later I received and itemized bill from the office requesting additional payments. Upon review of the bill I noticed that there were several services billed that were not performedOn 7-1-14 I called the office and spoke to [redacted] who handled their billing and she insisted that it was written on the chart that way. After much deliberation she relented and said it was a mistake and they would refund the balance. She said she would mail a revised invoice for me to look over and to send it back if I agreed that the amounts were correct. I returned the document via US Mail on July 7 noting my wish to have them refund the overpayment.I called the office to follow up after a few weeks and [redacted] was not in. I have waited nearly 4 months for them to correct this and return the sum of $55 for their errors and false information.Desired Settlement: Refund of $55 overpayment for services not rendered.Check of previous records to see if they have billed my insurance company for other services that I did not receive.
