Our office is in process of working on the title work with Nissan, and we should have her title work completed next week Depending on the DMV, she should have the tag next Wednesday

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe Extended service plan that we purchased in August would have covered the cost of this repair minus a $deductible and provided a rental car to us at no cost Therefore, if we would have had the warranty we paid for originally we would only be out $of our own pocketFurthermore, we would also have had 40,more miles of coverage for repairs in the future We were advised on 1/26/that Moses Ford no longer sells Ford warranties and that the only warranty we could purchase was through another company The most comparable warranty to what we initially purchased (month/100,miles) would cost $instead of the $that we originally paid. It is not our fault that your dealership failed to register our Ford warranty in 8/That was your errorWe took the $refund because we did not feel your "discounted" warranty offer of $was acceptable. Although you fixed our vehicle, we now have a car with no warranty Paying an additional $for your discounted warranty wis not an option

We have called and left messages three times to try to offer a loaner car and set an appointment to perform the recall. We will try again

The recall for this vehicle SI B13 14 10 was issued in 2010 . At the time of repair there was a procedure to...

remove and scan the injectors and BMW would advise the dealer which ones to replace. In June of 2011 when this vehicle had the recall performed that was still the procedure. The recall was performed according to BMW instructions and only 4 injectors of the 6 were deemed to be needed to be replaced at that time. It has been 5 years since that recall. These 2 remaining injectors have most likely just failed due to normal wear and tear. We have consulted BMW and no further repairs or adjustments will be done.  [redacted]Service Directror, Moses BMW

The reason that [redacted] has not gotten her title work is because the vehicle she bought was a Nissan Lease.  Our office has been in touch with Nissan and we are waiting to receive it.  It should be in within the week.  We have offered the [redacted] one of our own cars as alternative transportation multiple times, but no one has come to pick up the vehicle.  We are calling to offer again today and give them a status update.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I have not heard back from this car dealership for weeks since my last complaint to the Revdex.com. The last time I spoke with them they told me they couldn't help me since I am not 25. But what it boils down to is that they do not want to pay to rent a car for me that I can drive legally while they get the mess they created straightened up. Since my last complaint I have been pulled over and threatened by the police that next time they stop me they're going to have to give me a ticket and tow my illegal car since it has no tags and the temporary registration is now dead

The customer is coming in next week so we can try to address this issue.

Our service department has called to schedule another appointment to try to resolve the issue and has offered to provide a loaner vehicle.  He had not scheduled one before.  On his previous service visits he said there was a tremor when he started the vehicle, but we were unable to...

duplicate.  Making appointment to check again and to perform the recall.

The customer brought their truck into our service department a number of times. We tried to diagnose and replicate the problem, but could not.  We worked on it at no cost for a year, and could not legitimize their claims.

We apologized for the oversight on not registering the Extended Service Contract.  We performed his service and covered the cost of the service and deductible and gave him a loaner vehicle.  We also gave him the choice of refunding the $1717.20 he originally paid or to give him another...

comparable service contract at a discount.  He chose the refund for $1717.20 yesterday on Jan. 26, 2017.
