I am writing to response to your letter dated 7/12/(attached) regarding [redacted] 's complaintMs [redacted] is in fact entitled to a refund of $since she cancelled her application to rent an apartment within the hours specified.A check in the amount of $was cut by our corporate office on 6/22/and mailed to Ms [redacted] The check was returned to us on Monday 7/11/due to an insufficiency in the mailing addressI called Ms [redacted] and added "Apt *" the the address per her instructionsTHe check was put back in the mail on the same day.Best regards,Cindy C***Property Manager
