on 6/27/ID number *** by a Miss*** *** claiming me of not repairing some so called maintenance issue with my property, this is not entirely actuate. Her claims of numerous calls to me is false, I was called twice, once on or about June late in the evening around or pm to inform me that the refrigerator stop working and all her food had spoiled and she wished to get paid for it, I said no I’m not (there was no mention of medication) and the second call was late in the evening on or about the June between and pm, only a message was left that she call, I returned the call but no answer. Mrs*** *** failed to state in her claim against me is that I was in the home the day before and inspected the refrigerator and found that the refrigerator was pack well beyond its storage capacity. It was so full that the items toward the front of the refrigerator were cool to the touch and the items at rear closest to the blower vents were frozen solidI ask her to remove some of the items and space the items out on the racks. I’m sure this didn’t happen because the follow evening I stopped by to inspect her claims of the refrigerator not working and the spoiled food that was to have happen overnight, I was not allowed in the house to take a lookLastly on the refrigerator and spoiled food is that the refrigerator was moved from its preset position in the kitchen in which it had its own outlet. I believe that outlet she plugged into popped a fuse because it was working so hard to stay cold Mrs*** claims of pest infestation is not true either, I know that no one place or home is completely free of pest but I can honestly say that this home was not infested as she claims, neither before or at the time of her move in. There were no signs of water bugs, roaches or spiders. The infestation if any is the infestation she brought with her Lastly I like to make it clear that I am a rental property owner who takes pride in his property, this is evident in my weekly visit to the properties I own to include the property where Mrs*** currently house’s in fact I visited the house weekly up until I was not allowed in the house and this can be verified by any of the tenant that rent from me because the all stay within a ft of each otherI talk to tenants, do minor up keeping or just show my face to say hello. I challenge anyone of the Revdex.com to make contact with any the tenants living in the properties I own and ask them how they feel about renting from me. Note: Its my belief that I am being victimize and scammed by this tenant, I say this because from day one of the lease being signed I got small indicators that no more rent would be paid after the initial month and depositComplaints of the sink being stopped up witch I believe she stopped it up by pouring grease down the drainI say this because while repairing it I notice an excessive amount of grease in the drain, also she has too many occupants in the home, (occupancy is set for persons) there is at least six (6) persons there. I have only collected one (1) months rent and it came with a host complaintsYou get the impression from Mrs*** that in order to get rent from her you must do or pay for something first even if she has to make up somethingIn fact I believe she has made contact with you to be used as backup or alie for not to pay rent when simply all she has to do is relinquish my property.
