Possibly the rudest scammer I have experienced. He wanted to charge my wife $200 to replace the control board on our filter queen 360 vacuum. I was hesitant about spending that much without verifying the issue myself so She called him to let him know we were going to wait on the repair. He yelled at her and hung up the phone after telling her "it will be in a box". When she went to pick it up he yelled at her again and gave her the vacuum back in two boxes of scattered parts. Upon inspection of the parts when I got home, before I even got the parts out of the box I noticed the negative wire from the control board to the motor appeared to have arced to the positive post and burned right through. It took me about 6 minutes to splice that wire and repair the machine with a 3 cent wire connector. The owner still refused to even apologize for his treatment of my wife or for his blatant attempt to scam my wife out of $200 for a simple wire splice. don't get scammed by this guy
