The home owner had agreed to pay the amount that was first told to him witch included condensor and coil.once we showed up with the equipment and guys ready to do the job he decided to tell us that he could get it cheaper thru someone else.if I decided to leave the job,return equipment and pay for
the time already spent we would of lost money and I think he knew he had us against the wall. So I just decided to go with going with his offer. Know he wants us to go check his a/c for free and fix it.I told him there was only a day warranty that his insurance one guard home warranty has with usHe doesn't have a policy with them any more so he's trying to get it looked at for free due to not renewing the policy
