person holding an Operators license may not perform any practice of cosmetology if the person knows the client is suffering from an infectious or contagious disease for which the person is not entitled to protection under the federal Americans with [redacted] Therefore, for my protection as well as clients I reserve the right  to not treat clients who who may be dealing with visible known health issues, severe scalp abrasions and bleeding etc. that requires services from a well trained primary care physician. Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.  I will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way.  According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value Any exchange that permits a difference (lesser than original) customer will hold a store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund ANY costs. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I have a pilar cyst on my head, which is neither a contagious nor an infectious disease.    Epidermoid and pilar cysts are common, benign, and not contagious.  They are harmless and are usually left alone.  If your cyst does become infected, your doctor can prescribe an antibiotic which will heal your cyst.  I have two of these on my head and they have been there for a long time.  [redacted] saw these cyst as she gave me my consultation and measured my head, so she has known that they have been there this whole time.  I never asked [redacted] to do anything while my cyst was healing, and asked her to fix the wig so I could wear it when it fully healed.  This does not justify her in refusing services to me.
