I am rejecting this response because:  I need clarification,  is the business owner ([redacted]) stating that he will reimburse me for the battery that I had to purchase after he replaced the wrong battery in...

my car?  Like I stated I do have a picture of the [redacted] battery that he placed inside of my car.

Review: On November 27, 2015 my car would not start, I called [redacted] to come and fix the problem, when the tech came out he lifted the hood of the car and said that the battery was the problem, he said that the wrong battery was placed in my car, he never tested the battery to see if that was the actual problem. I purchased a battery from [redacted] and when he placed the new battery inside of my car he asked me to turn the key, and I did this three times and my car still would not start. I told him that it was the starter, I then asked him if he could remove the new battery and place my old battery back into my car, he stated that his supervisor said no. A tow truck had to come and tow my car, before the tow truck came I spoke with the tech's. supervisor ([redacted]), and he said have the car towed here and I will look at it, when the car arrived at [redacted] shop, [redacted] stated that it was the starter, I asked [redacted] if I could have the car towed to my mechanic's shop, since [redacted] did not work on Saturday. On November 28, 2015 I called [redacted] to have [redacted] tow truck tow my car since my car was left at [redacted] shop, when my car arrived at my mechanic's shop, my mechanic stated that it was the starter and not the battery. I called [redacted] and explained to them that the tech diagnosed the problem incorrectly, [redacted] spoke with [redacted] and then gave me a return phone call and stated to go back to the shop and let [redacted] place my battery back into my car and to reimburse me, I received my money back, but the battery that was placed inside of my car was not my battery, and I kept telling [redacted] that was not my battery, he insisted that it was, the battery that he placed inside of my car had to be jump started, [redacted] stated to me "I told you that it was your battery and not your starter." My question is, if it was the battery, then why when I had [redacted] battery inside my car, why did my car had to get towed if it was the battery and not the starter? [redacted] did not give me back my battery, he gave me something that was of no use.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund me back my money for the battery that I had to purchase because the one that he placed in my car was bad, or remove him from [redacted] subcontracting list. Because he is scamming people or shall I say women. I also have pictures of the battery that he placed inside of my car along with the receipt of the battery that I purchased at [redacted] showing the original battery that was placed in my car, and [redacted] do not sale [redacted], because there was nothing wrong with my battery.
