aware of his passing and on top of that they are attempting to collect for services not rendered to my great grandfather because he was transferred to hospice around November * and passed away the [redacted] of November . He never spent any of November in the nursing home for them to be attempting to collect any money from us. I have called and response back, even tried to contact administrator and still no response . A month has passed and we still have no information of his personal belongings. This is simply outrageous. Sincerely,
