Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from them is extremely untrue- They state that I harassed them- I called them one time on 06/27/when I spoke to [redacted] who admitted that he lied and he did not go into my backyardI did not contact them again except via email to ensure that my contract was cancelled and NEVER received a response to confirm- I was harassed by the phone call from the other - which I did not request- I never said that I had security footage, I told him that my mother watched him not enter my backyard on the camera and he childishly responded that if that were the case I can send in recordings to him to which I responded that the security cameras are for viewing not recording(which is typical)I was never offered a credit, not one timeI paid the billI hung up the phone after being verbally accosted by [redacted] and his refusal to listen to customers side of the story- My co-worked witnessed the entire conversation and knows the truth as well as I doIf this guy wants to refuse to admit to his mistakes, then so be it- I want the refund for the services I paid for and my complaint view-able bay any other persons who may think of doing business with this company Regards, [redacted] ***

We tried to resolve this matter with the customer professionally several timesEven though *** did do the backyard and even described her backyard in full detail to prove he was there she still not would not believe usShe kept saying she had proof on camera and every time we asked to see the
footage she responded angrily saying we were accusing of her of lyingWe never harassed her, called her a liar, or intimidated herWe wanted to resolve this professionally but she kept harassing usWe told her that we would not charge her for the treatment and she insisted on paying for itWe could not resolve this issue because she hung up on us and we did not want to call her backI immediately credited the account and closed the accountShe is not being billed for this applicationIt is simply not worth it to us to fight back and forth with someone this irrationalWe have ran a lawn care business ** *** *** solutions for years and never had any problems dealing with customersWe always want to do right by the customer

Spoke with the customer and resolved this complaint. Agreed to refund credit card charge and cancel contract.
