I am rejecting this response because: Until the money is received into my account.

Review: I sent my Mosquito Magnet Patriot to Mosquito Control Technologies for a tuneup on 5/2/2016 (Mosquito Control Technology confirmation #[redacted] and [redacted] Tracking number [redacted]). I called several times and was told that they had not yet been able to service it. They told me it should be about 25 days after they received it when they would service it.

I called after Memorial Day (5/30/2016) to check on the status but got the recording saying no one was available. I have called several times since on several different days and kept getting the recording. I sent two emails as well but got no response.

I would like to file a complaint against this company, as the Mosquito Magnet I sent is worth about $500.

Please contact me ASAP.

ThanksDesired Settlement: I would prefer that MCT perform the tuneup and return my Mosquito Magnet, but would settle for a return of my Mosquito Magnet un-serviced.

We live in Texas and absolutely NEED our mosquito magnet. After sending it to them it came back with a vengeance. After all of our rains and floods it's good to know it's out there catching.

Review: Purchased "free" tune up for Mosquito Magnet May 13 2016. Shipped the machine to company using the supplied FEDEx shipping label on May 17 2016. I have tried contacting the company 3 times by their on-line contact with no responses. I have tried contacting the company by phone with their supplied toll -free phone number and have only reached a voicemail. No response back.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a response from the company about the status of the machine and the cost of the repairs necessary beyond the "free" tuneup. Very poor customer service if they won't respond to communication and you cannot get in contact with them.

Review: Ordered diagnostic service from company on April 20th - shipped [redacted] to company on April 21st ([redacted] tracking number can be provided) Item was received by the company on April 27th. Attempted to contact company several times via phone and email - non responsive to customer.Desired Settlement: Would like my product returned to me.

Review: I sent my mosquito magnet in for repair and initially paid $30 for the shipping an quote. I was quoted another $240 for the repair, which I paid. They "quote" repaired the unit and when it arrived at my home (3 weeks latter), it still did not work. I sent it back and they "quote" repaired it again and when I received it back at my home(another 3 weeks) it still did not work. I sent it back for a 3rd time, and now they want and additional $39 to repair the unit. After I paid them $270 to repair the unit, I should not have to pay them more, since they originally told me the repair cost was $240.Desired Settlement: I either want the unit repaired properly at no additional cost, or if they can not repair it, I want my $270 refunded and the unit sent back to me at no cost so I can send it to a company that knows how to repair these units.

Great company to do business with. My machine is back catching mosquitos.

Review: Similar to the previous complaint posted about this business, I sent my Mosquito Magnet to this company in June (it was received on the 16th of June) for a check-up and to date I have heard nothing from them. I have left three voice messages in the previous week and also used the email contact form on their website to ask them when I might be able to expect the return of my equipment but there has been no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me and to get my equipment returned to me after they perform their proposed service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I still think they have very poor customer service, given that they never responded to any inquiry on my part until I filed this complaint. It shouldn't take such an effort on the part of a customer to get the vendor to reply to a simple query on the status of an order. They never even acknowledged receipt of the item I sent to them for repair.

Review: I shipped a malfunctioning mosquito trap (Mosquito Magnet) to this company and it was delivered there per UPS tracking on September 18, 2014. After not hearing from them for several weeks I began calling to obtain the status for repairs. I talked with a man there after three attempted phone contacts and he took my contact information and said he would call back. That was two weeks ago and I've not heard back from them. I've tried calling at least once or twice every day for the past 5 days and only get a voice mail to leave a message. I've left numerous messages... I've also used their website feature to send a message and have left several messages with that tool. The company has my mosquito trap device and is completely unresponsive to over a dozen attempts to find out what is happening.Desired Settlement: It cost me $90 to ship the device to them. I want it repaired and returned immediately.
