We regret not having
reached out to [redacted] as soon as she contacted us via email, but rather
took a couple of days to investigate the nature of her concerns...

and to
determine if our technician performed a thorough and professional treatment
there. In hindsight we should have contacted our customer to acknowledge her
complaint and to ask for a couple of days to look into the matter. I
subsequently called [redacted] on July 2 to ask her if we could discuss her experience,
but she has not returned our call as of this writing.
We're not sure if there
is a misunderstanding as to our treatment method versus what a guest or
resident at [redacted]'s house observed, but our technicians do not "ride
around on the grass" as was suggested, nor do we spray grassy areas in the
normal course of our treatments. We do, however, spray the perimeter to create
an effective barrier, and also all the appropriate foliage and pay particular
attention to the outdoor living areas, including under and around decks, around
patios/pools, playsets, stone walls and wood piles. Our technician confirmed that all areas were treated appropriately and completely.
As to the issue of
effectiveness, there is no treatment that exists today that will eliminate
mosquitoes with a single spray, as we always explain to customers. Especially
with a later season start we have to be more aggressive in our timing of sprays
to get and keep the mosquitoes at the rate of elimination that we cover under
our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our account representatives spend a
significant and appropriate amount of time on the phone with our clients
explaining that single sprays will yield some relief, but that our guaranteed
results are achieved when adhering to our scheduled series of treatments.
We have hundreds of
completely satisfied customers locally who routinely recommend us to family and
friends, and thousands nationally who know and rely on us as "America's
Most Trusted Mosquito and Tick Elimination Company".
We offer natural and
organic programs that boast elimination rates greater than 80-95%, all at
competitive prices with budget friendly payment plans.
We're sorry to learn
that [redacted] was not pleased with our service or result of the single spray
, but absolutely will  honor her request to [redacted] for a complete refund.

Review: I don't ever leave any kind of feedback, positive or negative, but I really had to let people know what kind of service this has been.First of all, the company themselves picked which day would be convenient for them to come, and after that it took almost a week for them to actually come out, each day I would just get a notification that "we will come tomorrow" and like I said it continued for almost a week. But that's the least of my problems. THE BIGGER PROBLEM - I am completely dissatisfied with the service itself that we have received. I was told that the entire property gets sprayed, with concentration on the perimeter of the property, the bushes and mostly the more populated areas of the property like the deck and the swing set area, where people tend to spend more time. NONE of this was done!!! The guy rode around on the grass and that is the only thing that was sprayed. Mosquitoes do NOT live in short grass! The bushes around the perimeter were not sprayed at all, and neither was the swing set nor the deck. However, I was still hopeful that the guy new what he was doing and that for at least one week we were mosquito free. I was wrong! Our property was sprayed on Monday, late afternoon, and on Tuesday I decided to brave it and spend some time on the deck. And of course I got bitten, but only twice. We had dinner on the deck on Saturday, and while I was there for only 40 minutes I ran inside and counted 14 mosquito bites just on my left leg alone!!! Needless to say, my dinner was over. My pregnant sister-in-law, even sprayed herself and still got 3 mosquito bites. And the worst part was that I had this service done because of the party that we were having on Sunday and I specifically told all our guests with children, ahead of time, that our property was treated for mosquitoes and ticks so there is no need for any bug sprays. Boy was I wrong, since of course everyone was bitten! What is shocking is that we don't even have any standing water anywhere near our house. The worst service!Desired Settlement: The main reason for this complaint is to hopefully inform other people what they may be wasting their money on. The second reason of course, is that I feel it was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and a full refund would be appropriate in my mind.
