Review: This company has failed to perform ongoing services that I contracted for. I have reached out via email and phone calls to an answering service as well as directly to the contact with whom I signed the written agreement. I have not a one single response either by telephone or email despite leaving up to 6 messages spanning more than two weeks. I informed this service company that I intended to file a complaint unless I heard from them. Despite this I have heard nothing. I spent $580.57 and am pursuing a refund with my credit card company.This company should not be permitted to contract for its services anywhere in the DC Metro area.Desired Settlement: A full refund for lack of continued services.
