Mosquito Squad Of Macon And Warner Robins Reviews (%countItem)

I called to discontinue service. The lady was the most shady double talking sales person I have ever spoken to. She charged us 3 times this month.
I called to discontinue service because, it is not effective. They only come when its raining. It does not work. I called and ask the lady if we were under contract because, I wanted to discontinue service. She would never answer my questions and double talked for 30 minutes. I have never spoken to a more shady sales person in my life. She said I would have one more payment and then they would not come out anymore. She charged us 3 times this month. She is a predator.I can only imagine what she does to other people. I truly want to escalate this and I think when you look into her practices you will agree.

Desired Outcome

I want you to look into this business. I want to be refunded for 2 of the 3 charges this month. Why would anyone be spraying for mosquito's in November especially after service was discontinued? I question the legitimacy of this business and their practices.

This particular client's wife reached out to us on 6/25/18 inquiring about our service as she had issues with mosquitoes, flies and gnats. We explained our service, how it works, the cost (offered a payment plan option) and she happily accepted a proposal we sent on 6/26/18. The proposal can be shared with the Revdex.com along with ALL documents validating every single debit that hit their card. The proposal stated that they would receive treatments, every 3 weeks, from June 27th through October 9th, 2018, but based on the payment plan they chose, their last payment would be on 11/26/18 (she chose a payment plan that required 20% down and 5 monthly payments after that). The charge hit their card every month from 6/26/18 to 11/26/18 for the same amount. Again, they were fine with that and accepted the proposal. There is no contract with us and they could cancel service ANYTIME they wanted! Three weeks after Oct. 9th (their last treatment date per the proposal), I made a phone call to the client and the client agreed to continue the treatments, paying per treatment now in lieu of monthly since his last proposal treatment had been completed. There was still the last payment of the payment plan due in November. The client agreed to be treated on 11/7/18 and again on 11/28/18, causing 3 debits to hit their card in November. The client, never once, stated that he wanted to cancel service! And if the service was not effective, as the client alleged, then why did he continue the treatments from 6/26/18 through 11/28/18, when they could have canceled ANYTIME? We send an email 2 days prior to every treatment, we call when in route to the customer's home AND we leave a door hanger on their door after every treatment. This means that the client, knew that we were coming and yet never once called to cancel. Other than talking to him to see if he wanted to continue the service after his last treatment date per his proposal of 10/9/18, I never heard from him or his wife. Until his wife called 12/1/18 to inquire about the 3 debits on her card in November. I explained again the payment plan she accepted in June. She said her husband told her that he had canceled the service after the October 9th treatment and I explained that I spoke with her husband myself and he clearly told me he wanted to continue the service. My Operations Manager heard the conversation as well. I agreed to reimburse her a payment in November and eat the loss since there seemed to be some miscommunication between her and her husband. She seemed happy with that. I then called her husband to remind him of the conversation he had with me and my Operation's Manager and that he agreed to continue the treatments and if there was some sort of misunderstanding, I'd be happy to refund one of the payments in November, even though we had treated him twice in November. He said his wife was mad at him and he started cussing me and calling me names and at that point I decided I wasn't going to refund him anything. He and I both knew, along with my Operation's Manager who heard the conversation on speaker phone, that he was lying and had clearly told us to continue the treatments. We're not in the business to just show up and treat yards and take a chance on getting paid later. Not all of our clients keep cards on file, many pay by check when we get there. But like I said before, we email 2 days prior to going to the clients house and call when in route, so he had many opportunities to cancel and he didn't. I'd be happy to share all my records on this client.
