Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke to a member of the Revdex.com last week and stated my response I stated that I had dogs in the backyard that would have barked or made a lot of noise that morning when the Mosquito Xpress came into the backyard No such noise was made and, again, I didn't hear a blower go off as the customer service representative told me that I would have heard No indicators of work were done The only evidence I see of anyone actually showing up was the invoice on my door.I've had a problem with service members showing up and not doing the work they said they would do It was only after several complaints to that lawn service that I had to actually use a camcorder and record the individual showing up, hanging the invoice and leaving did I have video proofI'll begin letting my friends in social media not to trust Mosquito Xpress immediately I really hate being lied to and I don't want anyone to suffer the unprofessionalism of Mosquito Xpress.I'll also make a video and post to [redacted] letting people see my backyard and the dogs that would have barked if anyone had actually shown up and done the work I don't want this to happen to a neighbor of friend of mineThere's just too much proof to indicate that no one did any work Dogs not barking, no blower and the flying critters that I still have to contend with, even days after they claim to have done any work.I do understand that the problem will not go away in one or two days, but the intensity that I see should have diminished even a little bit There was no decline in the population If the original spray and the follow up had actually been done, there would have been a reduction in the mosquito and bug problem that I have, even a minor one[redacted] did state in the previous memo that he would be willing to re-spray, but since Mosquito has shown an extreme lack of consideration and professionalism by simply calling ahead, something that I've asked for more than once, I believe that he'll just send someone out to, once again, hang an invoice on the door for me to pay and no work will be done If he actually did send someone, I'll have my camcorder ready. If the serviceman from Mosquito Xpress had actually done any work around the yard, my dogs would have started barking like crazy and that never happened I also would have heard the blower and that didn't happen either.Yes, I did cancel the service on 7/14/after I felt the service wasn't needed but the problem came back so I reinstated their service in August I guess I was foolish to think that the work would actually get done and I deeply regret reinstating Mosquito Xpress.Since Mosquito Xpress refuses to show consideration by simply calling me to let me know they're coming, which is baffling, I am trying to find a way to deal with my mosquito problem No solutions yet but Mosquito Xpress also is not a reliable option and doesn't believe in actually doing the work, just hanging invoices and leaving Regards, [redacted] ***

Review: I have a problem with Mosquitos and bugs at my home so a neighbor recommended Mosquito Xpress to be, and I certainly regret calling them.

I asked that the service person call me so I could be here but I never received the phone call.

The person showed up and did NO WORK at all. The amount of work the person did was leave the bill at the front door and then they took off.

I still see mosquitos and other flying bugs. I see no evidence at all to show the person ever showed up. I called customer service and was told that the person uses a blower, which I never heard and I believe it's because no work was ever done.

I have to pay this bill for no service done to my home and I can't stand that, but that's the way it is.

If you have a bug problem, DO NOT recommend Mosquito Xpress. They treated me terribly and I would not recommend this horrible service to anyone!!!Desired Settlement: I'm told the treatment they use would help me with the problem but since the tech didn't do anything I'd like to see the person and actually know they did the job; instead of just showing up, hanging the invoice on the door then leaving.

Again, I asked that the tech call me to let me know they were coming so I'd like the person to actually do that. I'd like the person to actually DO THE WORK!!!!!!

I'm not a bad person but so many friends of mine have people show up, leave the bill and do no work what so ever. I hate being lied to.

Regards,

The customer contacted Revdex.com and stated that no service was done. The business was to call the customer and let him know when they arrived. They did not do this to notify him of their arrival. There is no evidence any work was done at the first “visit” or the “follow up” visit. The customer would like the business to set up an appointment, notify him by phone upon arrival to said appointment, performed already paid for service, or provide a refund for work never done.

If you go to the “Location Notes Report” submitted as an[redacted] to our original response you will see that we sent Mr. [redacted] an emailthe evening before any service was rendered. It wasn’t until 8/26/2015 that Mr.[redacted] insisted that he needed a phone call and that an email was insufficient. As noted in our original response, we made arequest by phone and email to inspect Mr. [redacted] property to support or reject theaccusation. We were denied access and are beyond the point of benefiting fromany inspection. It should be noted that Mr. [redacted] previouslycanceled our services on 7/14/2015 to go to an alternative service provider. Hesubsequently requested that we reinstate his service on 8/17/2015 because he preferredour service. We provided his next service on 8/21/2015.Our control services are provided on 21 dayintervals due to product efficacy. Due to his cancelation Mr. [redacted] had aservice delivered by us on 7/14 and again on 8/21 which is 38 days. During theheat of the summer mosquito populations rebuild quickly in the absence ofcontrol products and it is not unusual that these heightened populations mightrequire multiple visits to regain control. That is why we have our no-chargeretreat guarantee. If Mr. [redacted] would like me to re-spray hisproperty while he is present and pay his open balance of $59 I will be happy todo so.Thank you,[redacted]
