on occasions I have tried to have my car serviced and both times they informed me if I did not preform these other services it would void my warranty ,I LOOKED IN MY SERVICE GUIDE and it did not state these services were needed the first time they said they were sorry and performed the work the second time I called they claimed I needed this work I called to talk to a manager and left a message never received a call back tried calling next day could not seem to get a hold of anyone so now I am calling on you for help

I purchased a new GMC Yukon from Moss Bros GMC in Moreno Valley VIN 1GKS1AKC7GR At that time I lived in Temecula CA and took the vehicle to Paradise Buick GMC on 7/7/for the first oil change During that service I was notified that the after market wheel locks that were on the vehicle where the incorrect ones and were not only loose on all four tires but were also cracked from over tightening Due to the safety concern Paradise would not let me take the car without replacing the wheel locks with the correct size which cost $ I attempted to reach the service manager on occasions but had to leave a message that (s)he never returned I then sent a complaint through their website in which I did get a call from the dealership After explaining the situation he agreed to return my $and I emailed him the documentation from Paradise explaining what they found and pictures of the broken wheel locks I never received the refund and they have not contacted me s
