Im just so upset with how the owner treats his customers very direspectful i've talk to him with respect on the behalf of a transmission leak they say they fixed months ago when I sat in there office about 3-hours now my transimission completely stop so I called to speak with him first in I throught maybe I'll go in person because he talked to me like I was a child so I went there in seen him I told I came in person because talking on the phone want get us no where he responds by saying get off my lot before I calls the police I explain to him sir this is the same exact problem you'll just fixed it went no where just so upest he's very direspectful

I will be the first to say that my initial experience with them was very pleasant, I bought my first car there and love itThe sales associate who helped me told me "We do not pay for advertising, our customers are our advertising." Me, being in retail myself, completely understood and admired thatEverything was great with their customer service to me, until recentlyI guess they are under the impression that if you buy a car with them, you should only get your car serviced by them, and them onlyAt least that was the impression that I got when I spoke with the owner and manager about some issues I was having with my car, (after I had a friend mechanic do an oil change for me, for FREE)He said, because I got my car serviced elsewhere, he would not be held responsible for any damage that may have been done by that personWhich is totally understandable...if the problems I currently had with my car had ANYTHING to do with what was done to my car previously, which it did NOTThe owner said, many times, that he was upset that I got my car serviced by someone else, and implied that I had a problem with the prices he quoted meI won't speak for everyone, but FREE beats any other price, any dayThen he began to being up the fact that I did not pay full price for my car, and how I should've put the money I saved into fixing my car, (so you're telling me what to do with MY money)Mind you, during this whole phone call, he was cutting me off, not letting me finish my statements, and making smart aleck remarksHe even told me I was being "disrespectful" for calling up there and concerning them with problems that "aren't even serious"I'm sorry, last time I checked, that was your jobI am a wonderful customer, and when a business does right by me, I promote them to the highest degree, which is what I was doing up until recentlyI will NEVER do business with them EVER again, and I will make sure everyone I know will never do business with them either

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership over the past few years and I have been very pleased with every single purchase. I have only purchased 1 new car in my life, which was also a good experience, but I really feel like buying a new car is just not worth it. So over the past few years I have chosen Moss Curtain Motors for all of my vehicles. Just recently I purchased a truck from them and it has been a great car. Now being that it is a USED car there is always going to something a little wrong with car like a scratch or dent or for like my truck the dome light bezel was missing but it is a USED VEHICLE so it is what is kind of thing. When I decided to stop purchasing new cars and start just purchasing used cars I had to except the fact that the car I buy might be imperfect because they are used. So being committed to buying my used vehicles from Moss Curtain I have also committed to servicing my vehicles there too. The reason being is that they know my car best and logically speaking they are the best person to work on my car and they are the cheapest as well. So if you are in the search for a great and respectful place to purchase a used vehicle I recommend Moss Curtain Motors in Savannah.
