I would like to respond by saying that I have completely lost all respect for Mr [redacted] ***After reading his response I am amazed at the lack of integrity he has shown meI have a text message response from Mr [redacted] that he sent me when I text him regarding the missing nuts and bolts of the grillThe text came directly from the same phone we have exchanged text with from day oneFurthermore, I never called him telling him that I liked the grillNot one time did I attempt to call him after I received my grillLike I stated in my original complaint, I sent him a text message telling him of the missing nuts and bolts the same day after I assembled the grillThe only reason I didn't call is because he never answer's his phoneHe responded to the text saying that He would take care of itI can prove everything that I'm saying by simply having my Phone Carrier send you a copy of my text to you (Revdex.com) from Mr*** By Mr [redacted] not coming clean with the Revdex.com, it just takes my dissatisfaction to a another levelI drive celebrities and Multi Millionaires around on a daily basis and I don't brag about itHowever, I noticed that Mr [redacted] was quick to brag about being mentioned on T.Vand who he's made grills forThat means absolutely nothingHe made grills for people without any wrong doing simply because they have the platform and power to shut him down if he screwed theirs upI wonder how Whoopie Goldberg would feel if she knew that Mr [redacted] was using her name and their pics together to sell grills, but not giving regular customers like myself the same quality she got I will give Mr [redacted] a call tomorrow at a decent timeThe only way I would accept a free grill from Mr [redacted] is if be a MAN, come clean and admit to the Revdex.com that he did indeed receive my dissatisfaction about the missing partsIf not I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from his company [redacted] E [redacted] Jr

Sincerest apologies that this customer had issues with his product, Our company policies terms and conditions, states that a consumer can return any, new, and unused items from a canceled order with a full refund or replacement after the grill has been delivered to you At no given point an time has this consumer called about a cancellation or a replacement we would have offered him a FULL REFUNDOur company has refunded and helped customers with replacements on our product with previous consumers, therefore, our company would have taken care of the issue with no problem Our company policy terms and conditions also states that [redacted] Grills will replace or exchange any damaged item caused by the manufacturer at no cost to the consumer, our company has never been notified of any missing parts or defective manufacturing parts from Mr [redacted] , however, our company did receive a phone call from Mr [redacted] stating that he liked his product Bottom line, our company will take full responsibility for any damages of any kind of any parts, our company insert screws in holes to make it easier for the consumer to assemble the frame [redacted] Grills is a reputable and very honorable company that has been featured on Made In America, this company is not into dishonoring or has never defrauded any commitments to our customers Unfortunately, we have learned that it's tough keeping up with high demands during Holiday Peak Season's such as Independence day! Our company is keeping our word with Mr. [redacted] our crew is currently manufacturing a new single barrel grill to send to Mr. [redacted] free of charge!!  Mr.. [redacted] new barbecue grill, shall replace the grill that Mr. [redacted] currently has in full use, our company is manufacturing the grill as we speak and due plan to ship Mr. [redacted] the unit on or before August 1, 2014.

Moss Grills is an amazing company. The cool thing about this company is that their grills are made in the U. S. A. by veterans employed by the company. They also give back to charity to help undeserved youth. Not to mention their grills cook outstanding food and Mr. Moss is a true professional and retired veteran as well. Thank you for serving our country.

Review: When I ordered the grills I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks with a 3-4 day delivery time. 3 weeks after purchase I contacted them and was told they were working on the grill and should be shipping soon he would send me the shipping info we he had it. A week later I then had to contact them again to be told that they our still working on it and they were expediting the service. I then told them I had a cookout planned that I was getting worried and told them when it was that I was having a lot of people over. I was told again they our expediting the service and I would have it. 5 days later I then contacted them again and was told my grill was finished and was in packaging and was shipping soon. The next day they gave me the shipping info and it was on its way. When I contacted the shipping company they told me it was going to be there after my cookout. I tried to get a hold of the company afterwards and got no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like my shipping charges refunded.

In addressing the complaint, were currently back ordered and our store policies is to guarantee shipping within 3 to 4 weeks. Then it will take another 5 business days for the shipping company to deliver the product. Due to a large order from the United States Marine Corps being shipped. we still manufactured and shipped the BBQ pit to Mr [redacted] within the 4 week time frame and it took and additional 5 business days to reach him. Due to the circumstances of getting the United States Marine Corp their BBQ grill we are sorry that we did not get Mr [redacted] his BBQ pit to him in time for his personnel party. Moss Grills honors the integrity of delivering our products to our customers in the allotted time frames. Were currently back ordered with BBQ grills as a token of doing business with Mr [redacted] we would like to honor him in good faith a full refund of the shipping cost. In addition, we will also grant him a 50 percent discount on any of our products for future usage.

Review: To whom it may concern; I ordered a Single Barrel Grill from [redacted] Grills on May 15, 2014. I was told that I would receive my grill within 4 weeks which would have been on the 15th of June 2014. Mr. [redacted] told me this over the phone as well as in the invoice. When the grill did not arrive on the scheduled date, I called Mr. [redacted] and asked him where it was. He told me that it would be sent out to me that following Friday, and would contact me with a tracking number.

I had tried to contact Mr. [redacted] several times once the arrival date came and went once again. The only thing I would get was, the mailbox for this number is full. I then reached out to a guy named [redacted] who claims to be the brother of Mr. [redacted]. The understanding that I got from him was that he ([redacted]) is like Mr. [redacted]'s Assistant. [redacted] finally got a hold of Mr. [redacted] and he told me that my grill would be sent out 3days latter and would give me a tracking number. I finally told [redacted] over the phone that I was concerned that this was a scam because of constant lies about my grill.

I sent Mr. [redacted] a text message on Friday June 27th and asked him to contact me ASAP regarding my grill. He text me back about 30 min later with a tracking number. On June 30, 2014 my grill finally arrived. while assembling the grill I realized that there was a missing nut and bolt on the frame itself. The nuts and bolts were already placed inside of the holes where they belonged, so it wasn't a situation like they could have been lost as if they came in a bag. That wasn't as big of a deal to me initially because I figured I would just go to Home Depot and pick one up.

However, Once I set the barrel inside of the frame I realized the latch/door that you pull up on to place the wood in were missing the inside bolts and nuts on the flange. Only the outside one's were there. The bottom line is that, I felt like for as long as it took him to make my grill it should have been perfect. Instead I had to go purchase parts that should have already been there in the first place.

I sent Mr. [redacted] a text and told him the grill was nice but explained to him that the missing pieces surprised me. He reply was, I'll fix it in advance. Which makes no sense to me. To this day I have not heard from Mr. [redacted] or nobody in his company. It seemed like once I paid for the grill in full the communication broke down and was absolutely poor. To be promised a product by a certain date and receive it 15 days latter does not sit well with me. Then to have to come with missing parts really makes me think if it was done with ill intent because of my concern about the whole thing being a fraud.Desired Settlement: Honestly I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. Poor business practices eventually catch up with you. I'm not sure a billing adjustment would even make this situation right because the damage is already done. However, he should be held accountable for the lack of communication and missing parts.

Review: Door for fire box is warped and does not fully closed. Main barrel door cut too short allows smoke and heat to escape through the sides of the door.Desired Settlement: Send me replacement parts to fix this or replace my smoker.

Moss Grills provides a 1 year warranty on all of our products. If something goes wrong with your grill or smoker that has been caused by the manufacturer, the consumer, the original purchaser, can bring your BBQ grill into our workshop for repair at no charge. Moss Grills will replace or exchange any damaged item caused by the manufacturer at no cost. This warranty is useful to the purchaser only and the consumer must have the original receipt. The consumer has the right at any time to contact the store directly to make arrangements to fix the damages occurred on his BBQ unit. This particular consumer has purchased the BBQ unit January 2013 and has not attempted to contact the manufacturing company directly to resolve any issues. However, July 2013 seven months later contacted Revdex.com to file a complaint. The manufacturing company will honor the complaint as long as the damages were caused by the manufacturing company. If the damages were not caused by the manufacturing company Moss Grills will then apply a small service fee to fix the damages on the BBQ unit. Please have the consumer contact the manufacturing company direct in order to resolve any issues or damages to his BBQ unit. We're an American built manufacturing company that's proud to serve American's across the globe, and we take pride in keeping our consumers happy with our product. Please have the consumer contact us direct so that we can resolve his issues. Thanks in advance for reviewing this request.
