I had called for Moss to come look at my water softener to let me know if it was fried during an electrical surge at my house which they promptly did and literally looked at it and said it was fried and that they don't even make that water softener anymoreWell then I got the bill $for the service call! That's just crazy! Never even did anything just looked at it, that was it! I will not be having them come replace it!
