Turn time of 6 to 8 weeks on a rifle bolt that did not work from the Moosberg factory is way to long. It has been 6 weeks and they have not even looked at my gun. The rifle was a gift from my son and the gun did not fire right out of the box. So much for quality

not received this type of barrels from our vendors to have yours replacedhowever, since this has been taking time to get the barrel that we need for your gun I will check with our finished goods ware house to have the entire gun replaced for youi will call you on the phone that you have provided to give you a more accurate time on replacing this gun for you and when it can be shipped out to you
once again I do apologize for the delay but I will make sure this is taken care of ASAP

To whom it may concern,First of all I would like to apologize for the delay on my response, I would gladly refund Mr*** *** *** what he paid for his shotgunhowever, in order for me to process this request we need to have the gun here physically along with a copy of the
