Mosso's Medical Supply

Today I tried to reach the "pay my bill" phone number and selected the extension listed:

855-537-4130 Ext. 217

I was dumped into voice mail and then tried the 0 for operator and that was busy. Then tried every other valid extension number above and below 217. All were "busy". Went back to operator a number of times during this and all times it was busy.

Please be aware the firm name printed on the invoice is [redacted] in Sharon PA. I called this location directly and they could not identify the account number but gave me another phone number to call.:

724-981-1425. I called it and was told it was the wrong office but she said she could help and have someone call me back. Well Mosso's Medical Supply in Jennette called me back:

724-537-4130. They took my payment information and believe the bill is paid.

Now for the record :

1-why didn't anyone answer the phones at the phone number printed on the invoice?

2-why didn't the location printed on the bill have the billing data to pay the bill?

3- why didn't the Sharon location know the correct phone number to direct me to?

4-why couldn't the 724-981-1425 take my payment?

5- exactly what is the business relationship between [redacted] and Mosso's Medical Supply? And more importantly why isn't this relationship made easy to recognize by consumers?

6-there was no problem on the original phone line. Either no one was there or they all set their phones on busy. Is this a viable business or is it out of business ?
