Mossy Oak Fence

I may change my review once the work is actually done. It has been 2 months since I paid a 50% deposit on 100' of fence replacement. They finally called and scheduled for 5/6. I made arrangements to take a day off from work, adjusting my schedule and appointments so I could be here during the install. At the hour they were supposed to show up, I get a call from them saying most of their installation crews have called off and they wanted to reschedule. So I rescheduled for today (5/13), again moving appointments and my work schedule to be off. And of course at 0830, I get a call saying there is a problem with the installation team and will probably not make it today. And if not, they say definitely tomorrow guaranteed. I am out of town tomorrow. I do have cameras surrounding my property as well as many 'before/existing' photos of my property in the event something were to happen or get damaged while I am not here. At $42/ft, I did not expect this kind of poor performance and scheduling. I have retained counsel to determine if they cannot meet their schedule to see if I will be eligible for a full refund.

This is an incredibly poorly run company! They will not show up when they schedule appointments When you rearrange your schedule for them, they will call to reschedule - but you know they won't be there for that one either, and will make up some other lame exceuse They will quote different prices to different neighbors The quotes don't make any sense, and when you push them to describe it, they act like they're offended or something The people who come to do the work do not speak English It's just a very poor experience all around I have time to write this review today because I stayed home AGAIN to wit for them to show up NEVER AGAIN!

I had mossy oak fence come and put in a 12' gate for meThey of course would not warranty the gate against sagging which is understandable and acceptableHowever, what is not acceptable is trim nails for the planksmonths later the planks are falling offI contacted them and asked if they would fix itI was told noSent pictures of the nails, that are not galvanized, standard for outside, to which I was told that was a "crackhead standard"They also left the white tags on the bottom of the planks, so I get to enjoy picking them up from the yard randomly

Contract states all unused building materials will be removed, however they left a half pallet of quick dry concreteThey said Lowe's would pick it up within weeks and if Lowe's did not then they would come and get it

The people who come to do the work do not speak English. It's just a very poor experience all around. I have time to write this review today because I stayed home AGAIN to wit for them to show up. NEVER AGAIN!
