Revdex.com: I resolved my issue with Mossy VW verbally on 3-28-with email and registered copy received yesterday 3-29-I want to thank you for your help resolving this matter as I find your service very valuableI support senior widows and use your service in helping them hire qualified persons for necessary repairs.I still have a problem with the integrity of the dealershipThey did settle for the terms and price of the contract However it should have been done immediately without question not several months later only after getting you involvedI would like to see (and will verify) that their rating be taken out of the A- rating and put where they belong I would also like to see my complaint posted on your website as now your integrity is at stakeI depend on your ratings for my helping elderly widows Thank you for your help [redacted] ***

I normally don't post bad reviewsIf I do it's because they really deserve the attention
First of all I came here to get rid of my mom's vw and get in lease so I wouldn't be stuck in a vw when the choose to LIE againAtleast the lease I can get out in a few years
Drove onto the emptiest lot you'll ever seeYou would think Volkswagen was closed they had more used Volkswagen due to everyone trying to get rid of theirs
I walk around for a bit and I knew the salesman saw me, but obviously took forever to attend me just like some previous posts on hereTold him what I wanted to get my mom into
We started talking numbers and obviously couldn't agree on anything because I was told there's so many players involved in this it's not common sense we couldn't make a dealThe salesman ***, was the most aggressive sales person ever and not aggressive in a wayHe told me that this is his place of business and it was his terms that the deal would workI had a relative leave with a car that's 10k more with barely anything down and even more of a negative roll over and came out paying the sameOnce again like some previous posts they're full of itHe kept telling me about numbers and didn't tell me one number aside from the big ones he could readHonestly he should be firedThis isn't the first time they had rude and aggressive sales peopleGlad to see the last salesman we had an experience with isn't there anymoreI'm the customer and even though we may not always be right nobody deserves to get argued with and belittled in publicMost salesman want to make a saleDon't go to *** everyone he's gonna argue and cuss you outHe owns the place everyone remember thatIf you guys ever trust VW again hopefully that immature child of a salesman isn't thereFirst salesman to not want a saleI will be spreading the word until this matter is resolved and *** gets firedNever again will I go to VW Escondido

Finance Director *** has left a voice mail for customer to call and confirm which of the various options available to us that he would prefer. I feel confident we will have a joyous resolution on both sides.*** ***, Gen Mgr
