Had this family friend not been able to help us we would be not be able to process our taxes adequately. Review: My husband initially contacted this business and spoke with one of the realtors on February [redacted] of this year indicating that he needed real estate comps of the area in 2012 which the business helped us sell back in 2014. The realtor told my husband she didn't understand what he needed. If your in realty you know that you need to get comps of the area in which you are selling to gauge how to price your home. My husband continued to reach out to this realtor during the month of February and calls always went to voicemail. My husband then reached out to a mutual friend of the realtor who also could not get in touch with her until 3 weeks later when the realtor claimed she lost her phone in all that time. She then went on to tell mutual friend that she was not going to help my husband get what he needed. I then interviened a week ago and got in touch with realtors mother, who is also a partner in the practice and asked if she could help. She told me to give her the info I needed and she would get back to me the next morning. The next morning came and she answered the phone and said she hadn't forgotten about our phone call, but that she would get to this matter later in the afternoon. Nor I or my husband have received any calls back from either realtor and we have tried again this past week completely unable to reach them. We just want the these comps that should already be in our real estate files. Ignoring a client is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. By withholding these comps we are unable to have our accountant process our taxes for this year. We do not want any hard feelings from anyone we just want the paperwork from our files.Desired Settlement: All we want is to please have the comps of homes we requested from 2012 given to us so that we can give to our accountant and process our taxes for this year.
