Most Valuable Pavers

I contracted Most Valuable Pavers to install a paver driveway and sidewalk on August 6, 2018. The contract was signed by Shaun H, owner of the company. The work was completed in January, 2019 with full payment made on January 31, 2019. At that time, I notified Shaun H that there were several pavers that had settled and needed adjustment. Shaun H stated that he preferred that I wait for some period of time to see if other pavers would also settle and that he would return at that later date to take of any pavers needing correction.

My wife notified Shaun H in December, 2019 by phone message that we would like him to come back and correct the situation. Shaun H did not return her call, so I sent him an email on January 22, 2020 again requesting that he adjust the pavers per his previous assurance. Once again, Shaun H failed to respond to my request. On February 3, 2020, I sent another email to Shaun H asking him to keep his word and correct the issue. Shaun H did respond on February 3, 2020 and asked that I send him pictures of the pavers needing correction. Several pictures were sent to him at that time; however, once again, Shaun H did not respond. I sent another email on February 13, 2020 asking Shaun H once again to correct the issue; however, once again Shaun H did not reply.
