Review: I baught a used car that went out in 4 months
I just recently baught a car 2003 Saturn vie on feb 15 2013 a couple of days later I contacted the sales man . I told him that the car was driving funny an jerkin he [redacted] drove the car an felt the something what I was talking about. He also stated that being that the car has a small engine it pulls a little. Now on June,20 2013 the transmission went out. I've traded my car a 2005 pontiac g6 which the transmission was going out do he said he will give me $1000 for it plus I paid $4000 cash for the 2003 Saturn I'm a single parent this car was my only means to work now I have no tranortation to wrk.. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money

I am sorry to hear that your car lasted only 4 months and not longer. The car was purchased as-is, no warranty. Returning a used car for a refund after four months is unheard of. Even a new car can't be returned after four months. Good luck with your car but there is nothing I can do for you.
