Review: I paid $9 for an "ultimate car wash." The system said it was busy and to wait, so I waited for about 10 minutes. There were no other vehicles ahead of me or behind me. After waiting for so long the machine went back to the start screen to purchase another car wash. I never received a car wash. I called the business phone number 6 separate times with no answer and no voice mail set up. It is impossible to contact the owner to get refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges on my Credit card refunded back for failure to deliver services immediately.

Review: They have a number on the building to call for any problems, but never pick up the phone. I paid $9 on my credit card for the automatic car wash and it never started. There was an error saying that the car wash was busy. After 10 minutes I went over to the self service side and put a $5 bill into the machine. The sprayer busted a hole and this wasted the rest of the cash I had on hand. Extremely disappointed with the equipment and the non-existent customer service. Luckily I had a pen, paper and tape and left a note for future customers on the machine.

--Desired Settlement: Issue a refund to my credit card for the $9. Give me a $5 check for the cash wasted. Fix the broken equipment. Use a phone number that works for customer issues and support.

Review: The bank card was used to obtain an automatic 8.00$ car wash. The card was accepted and the fee was charged to the account. However the car wash never proceeded to start therefore a service was never performed. Even though the button was pressed for a receipt, it was not rendered via the machine. The car wash appeared to be out of order, no lights indicating to proceed, no water present in the bay. This was in BAY#1 on the automatic side facing route 299. The date of service was January 29, 2014 at approximately 2 PM. Repeated calls were made to the business number listed(302)-378-4397, throughout the afternoon and evening, without an answer or ability to leave a message. The security company listed on the pay machine provided a number which rang consistently busy.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund in the amount total of 8.00$ via check or cash. The bank card was used and the money is not able to be directly placed into the account.

Review: We went to the MOT car wash on 299 March 9th approx 12:30 pm to the 24 hour wash. We selected the $8.00 wash, paid in cash the $8.00 nothing happened. The device where you select your service and pay did not recognize we already paid. Kept asking for payment. Called the number of notification on the door [redacted] several times, no one picked up or there was no way to leave a message. Tried calling again today, no answer or time to leave a message. Plus trash was all over the lot.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $8.00 by cash or check.. Thank you
