Worse place to ever go. For starters, I booked online. I drive 4 hours. I have a painful cancer. I just wanted to get in my room to rest. They didn't have my room. I had to cancel my reservation and get another room by paying at the desk. I finally get a room and it had stains on the sheets, hairs on the towels and it stunk. I had been looking forward to a long soak in their so called deep tub. Which is a lie on their website. It only had a shower. So I decide to just suck it up and try to sleep. Upstairs, there was a room that had a dog barking, people stomping across the floor all night. And sounded like they were roller skating up there too. The guy in the room next to me was banging a prostitute on a very noisy bed. People were partying in the parking lot with loud rap music. I was approached by a girl who was doped out of her mind.This was a horrible place to stay. I kept watch on my truck in the parking lot. I looked out once and some man was trying to look in my window. I called to report to the office but nothing was done. Then the phone in my room started ringing with no one on the other end. That happened a couple times and I just unplugged the phone. I would not advise anyone to stay here. I was terrified to close my eyes. I paid for a room that was suppose to have a bath which I personally requested, and a place I could rest. Never got what I paid for. I want a refund. I deserve that.

I did get the issue resolved with *** on 3/11/2020 regarding a complaint made against the previous AGM.

They say they resolved with me. They have not contacted me at all. I still want a refund.
I am rejecting this response because:
We did meet with this guest and we did refund the security deposit of $100. This guest was placed on DNR by the previous AGM in which I did remove the guest from that as well. AGM also refunded this guest during her time at the property as well

NO ONE FROM THAT PLACE HAS CONTACTED ME AT ALL. AND I KNOW THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE SAYING THIS. IF THEY NEED TO CONTACT ME, THEY HAVE MY INFO. BUT THEY ARE ONLY UPSETTING ME MORE BY LYING. IF Y'ALL REFUNDED ME, SHOW PROOF. I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT CONTACTED MR. AT ALL.

I recieved no refund or call or email or letter from your business. Stop with the lies, just admit you are lying. My cancer is now terminal, I am tired of the lies. Own up to your wrong doing. I got a funeral to plan.
