I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Considering I was offered nothing, and all they did was say "we hope you stay with us again," I absolutely do NOT accept this response. Obviously they didn't even read my complaint and see that I was banned state wide from any motel 6 in my state. Or that I had to sleep in my car. Funny, I had to "panhandel" which is illegal in this state. Just to get a hotel room for tonight. I'm talking to the lady at the front desk here. Apparently, this motel 6 is known for lots of drugs and prostetution. I did bring ONE visitor in my one night of staying there when I paid for 3 nights. He was there for 30 minutes to try to fix the tube TV that staff did nothing about. I think it's funny how this location has such strict rules, when during check in, they made it very clear that visitors needed to check in at the front desk. We went to the front desk, they never asked his name, let alone for his ID. I did not know this, or would not have stayed there at all. I've never done either of those things in my life. And obviously this company did not read about the domestic abuse, and nowhere to sleep. Right after I finish typing this, This needs to be resolved immediately. Thank you.  (Still checking in daily with the domestic abuse shelter here in Madison, and as of today, no room yet.)

Review: I booked my room with Expedia for Baymont Suites for a visit on July 13th thru July 14th. I arrived just after noon on July 13th, and as I pulled in to the hotel, I viewed a guy washing his personal vehicle, multiple people standing out side the hotel and a tall gentlemen who happened to work there standing out side. I immediately knew something was wrong however I proceeded to go in to see if I could go ahead and check in. As I entered, I saw children walking around in the hotel and in the kitchen/cafe area of the hotel with no shoes on multiple ppl standing around and the kitchen area unsanitary. Tables not even balanced. The tall gentleman gave me the keys to the room. I left the bldg and went around to where my room was. As I passed around, I saw jars,plates and other items in the windows. I made another circle around the bldg. In the back of the facility, I saw 3 ppl. 2 women and a man smoking weed in the back of the hotel. I was appalled. I could not believe what I was seeing. If I didnt know any better I would have thought this was an project low income apartment complex. I was completely offended by the activiy and did not want my family there. I left the facility to check and see if I could find another hotel bc other family members where in town as well. When I returned to the hotel after 6 pm, there was a white guy named Nick. I told him abt the guy in front who was still outside posing to be washing his car. He told me, "what do you want me to do go make him stop!" Very rudely. I said, I would think you wouldnt want someone in front of a business that should be professional, washing their car! I was very upset then bc the employee even was not willing to assist and make my experience better. I told him abt the ppl smoking weed. He mocked my statement as if it was a lie. I said, this bldg is suppose to be under survellience you can see it on the camera. He said he was not in charge of that, I asked for corporates number. He said he did not know the corp number and gave me a card with the GM info on it and did not even know the GM's name. My experience was ridiculous. I was embarrassed to have my mother stay at the hotel and went and booked her another room at another facility and paid another $61.00 for her room. I wanted to cry bc of the service I received. I stayed at the facility and booked my mom another room. That night, I called for a set of clean sheets. A guy came to the door with the sheets balled up as if he had taken them off of another bed! They where not even folded! I also noticed 3 different types of bugs in the room, the coffee pot was full of dust and not able to be used. I could not believe the service I received in connection with this hotel.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund plus additional compensation for the inconvenience I received. The poor level of customer service I received was a shame. I would never reccommend this place to ANYONE!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I received the response from the hotel. The credit is acceptable

however I no longer have that account number so the hotel will need to

mail me a check to the address used on the complaint please confirm, I

can then accept the offer from the hotel via the website.

Review: I arrived in Madison on July 12 2013 with the kids and family's for a youth Basketball org approximate 10:30 with sleepy kids that had there first game at 8:55am 20 miles away in stoughton. I notice people hanging in the parking lots and alarmed me to double check my car for all valuables. Upon getting into are rooms 110 didn't appear to be newly renovated as website says. I then went to room 108 that seemed to be worse and had a strange smell of mold or something. My 11yr old broke out with hive all over his face. When then used are blankets used to travel to Madison on the bed. On July 13 some of the team and family's let to Applebee's and some stayed behind. I was one that left around 10 pm then around 11ish received a call from room 108 that there were heading to vending and noticed room 110 door was cracked. When the boys went to push the door open someone inside slammed it shut on them. They then ran to their room and called me. I then returned and talk with staff whom seemed suspect said not possible. 5mins later was outside smoking with another employee. I did complain and was told I would be contacted. It's now the 20th and no response. This stay was completely awful and I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund I did not receive what I was promised by website and contract of services.

up with the person that had sent in a complaint to you in regards to

their stay with us. Our corporate office, Wyndham Worldwide, will be

issuing Alicia a check refund for the nights she stayed here in July.

She should be receiving these within a few weeks. Everything should be

resolved.
