Review: We stayed in room number 206 from 7-18-13 To 7-21-13 The first night we were there [redacted] my fiance got some bug bites on his hand, the second night there he got a large cluster of bites on his face by his temple. The last night there we woke up to a vary foul odder and had to open a window; that morning we checked out and went home (we live in [redacted]). When we got home we realized that it was bed bugs. We threw our luggage away and tried to sanitize everything the best we could. We're hopeful that the bed bugs will not infest our house. I then called the motel to let them know about the problem and asked for a refund. The man I spoke to said he would talk to the owner and have her call me. I never heard back so I called again today, the man told me we will not be getting a refund, told me to have a nice day and hung up; I never did get to speak with the owner. That's when I decided to call you. We are 95% sure that they have bed bugs and we just want our money back for our stay, we've already lost a lotconsidering we had to toss our luggage. If they had someone out to do an inspection and it was determined that there aren't bed bugs then I would just like a copy of the report and I'll be more then happy to move on and send my apologies. I don't believe that they are even going to have it checked out and that concerns me for future guests. I have attached pictures of the bites taken on the day we arrived home.Desired Settlement: Refund
