[redacted] I came to you home at 10am on Feb as was set up priorI saw two cars in your driveway an [redacted] and [redacted] vanYour doorbell was broken so I knocked three timesI went around back to you home and took pictures with date, time and location stampThis was the second time I was at your home other than the work or the assessmentI don't see any damage to your property that was obvious from the pressure washing work performedI saw an old stain that was faded and had failedI saw old lattice that has broken with ageYour presence or pictures would be helpful in resolving the issue

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with everything that he saidFirst of all, I stayed there nights, one room was free from hotels.com and the other night my boyfriend paid $(in which we still have not gotten our refund back) and then next morning I woke up bite all over my bodyWe were out in about, during the day and up lateI got bite over timesEmployee's were not helpful in trying to contact the ownerThey were making up excuses for us not to call himThe worst part is that cops were called on Monday the of august because we wanted to see for ourselves the room close down or at least inspected by them and they did notThey truly did not even careIt took me a month in a half to get a contact number for himI called every other day to see if he came to his hotel or even a response by him and nothingThey were saying he was going to come Wednesday and we would show up and he was not thereDuring this month of no response by him, i've been to hospital twice, doctors telling me I have ScabiesI had to get this one of kind medicine was $300, I was not able to offered that so I had to wait an extra weekI lost my job due to traumatic stress of bugs crawling on me and I have scars all over my bodySo I had no time to be shopping around when all I was doing was scratching my bite marks but I did ha to throw away half my clothes and my boyfriends clothes.I HAVE PROOF AND PICTURES OF EVERYTHING THAT I SPENT! Guest stayed at my motel for a couple nightsClaims that on the last night they got bit and now wants money for all there "NEW" shopping they did1st, There was no complaints about BB when the guest before stayed in the same room and even afterThey bites she had were not BB bitesShes asking for money for everything that she brought while shopping, but does not have any proof just a random number she is trying to collectRogers Pest control was called out to check rooms and nothing was found

We have decided not to offer any additional refunds to Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] was given a 10% discount and accommodated in proper fashion The online booking agency used by Mrs [redacted] made the mistake in her reservation Not Motel The extenuating circumstance was explained to Mrs [redacted] upon her arrival to our property and she accepted the conditions

Fabulous Company! I have used the Tree People twice and will most likely use them again in the future This is obviously a company that cares about the customerThey are extremely fair and honest I would highly recommend

We offered to return as many times as was necessary to get any pest problem under control That's the guarantee we make to all customers Since we cannot guarantee that all pest control problems can be solved with one visit, we promise to return until the customer is satisfied and that any return visits are at no charge That protocol is fairly standard industry practice When the customer declined the offer of return visits, we credited the money back to the account
