Review: Dear [redacted] and [redacted], This minor enropic is to inform you that your employee "[redacted]" is completely out of line, offensive and not conducive to the environment that you have put together. In fact, he is jeopardizing the hard work that you and your family have put forth from day one, with the aid of us locals, and we continue to support you. However, [redacted] has gone off the deep end in terms of his feelings of [redacted] equity, coupled with the fact the he feels entitled to an internship that he feels might not be equitable.On 02-23-2014 at approximately 3:30 PM, at the location located at [redacted] Vista CA 92081- [redacted] went off on a tangent during the Chicago Bulls vs. Miami Heat game, and [redacted] felt it was "Keeping the [redacted]" in regards to to [redacted] having to wear a "Suit" during his tenure on the bench in which he was an inactive participant during the game. Your employee, [redacted], took exception to the fact that no other sports franchises requires "[redacted]" people to wear a suit during their time off, hence he felt it was racist. Mr. [redacted] pointed out the fact that Mr. [redacted] makes $20 million dollars a year, and should have to wear a suit. In turn, Mr. [redacted] "Aka [redacted]" referred to Mr. [redacted] as an "old school participant, in line to keep the [redacted] man down" and asked what other pro sport requires their athletes to wear a suit? Mr. [redacted] retorted that it did not matter; every sport was different with different leadership and a different set of corporate rules. At that point, Mr. [redacted] "AKA [redacted]" retorted that every sport should have the same set of rules. Again, Mr. [redacted] pointed out that every sport was an individual corporation entitled to their own bylaws, Mr. [redacted] "AKA Mr. [redacted]" retorted that they all need to follow the same rules, Mr. [redacted] replied do you have a 3rd grade education? These are each individual corporations governed by their own rules.[redacted], "AKA [redacted]" then went off on a tirade about his [redacted]ness being likened to a 3rd grade mentality and began berating Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] then asked for a refund of the money he spent on a growler, and asked for a refund on the $5 tip he had given [redacted]es "AKA [redacted]" on the $25 bill that he had with Mother Earth. [redacted] "AKA [redacted]" then gave Mr. [redacted] his $5 bill back along with another $2 dollars and said "Here, you need it obviously more than I do".Disregarding all of this, [redacted] was abrasive, offensive and unprofessional. The owner's know me; I am [redacted] with the [redacted] Pug named [redacted] and I am a friend with [redacted], whom [redacted] claimed to have "No idea who that guy is".[redacted] has a chip on his shoulder, from the day he was unemployed and working for free for Mother Earth, now what he has a paid position, he acts like he is an untouchable owner.He told me at the bar, "I run the entire Thibodo location, and ran the other one too on Main Street too, but it was too much work for me to run the entire thing because the owners never come in now anymore that we are [redacted]"In regards to his acclaim that he was manager of both locations on "Thibodo and Main" [redacted] downed several beers with myself and another person, if you have video you will see him drink at least 2 full 8 oz tasters in a span of 10 minutes with us. That is in the middle of the afternoon within 20 minutes, after that, he makes several re[redacted]s regarding the [redacted] NBA ownership keeping the [redacted] people down. After 20 minutes of this tyrannical rhetoric, I left.. as [redacted] "AKA [redacted]" tried to forward his pro "[redacted]" agenda amongst the remainder of the 3 people there.Bottom line, the customer is always right, the argument of [redacted] vs. right is not a topic of discussion, nor is the TV discussion of who is right on how many [redacted] people are being persecuted.[redacted] needs to go. That is all that I will say. There are several people who felt that [redacted]'s character was out of line and unprofessional. I called the Sheriff, as I felt that [redacted] was extremely intoxicated, which is not ok when you are in that location. I found out via the Sheriff, that another person called about [redacted]'s conduct also, during his "[redacted] man tirade:" [redacted]Owner of [redacted] the Pug[redacted]Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to be terminated. He has a bad attitude, and lies about his role within the organization (Claimed to manager of Thibodo and Main St), and lies to authorities when they question him about his true name. Honest people are not liars, nor do they engage in the 3 cardinal sins when working at a bar.. DO NOT talk politics, religion or POLITICS! Plus, insinuating that sports are run by "old school [redacted] people" is not going to go over well, even if you are [redacted], let alone [redacted].
