I called Mother Earth Father Time times in the span of a week to get a quote to cut two trees in South KonaEach time I was asked for my personal information, address, details about each tree and told by Joselyn that an arborist would call me back within hrsMy calls were spaced every couple of days (hrs+)I never heard backThey either have too much business and can't be bothered with new business, or have horrible follow-through habitsI do not recommend this company unless you're willing to waste your time

Hello, Thank you for intervening on our behalf. The company repaired all of the damage done to our rock walls. Not only that, the workers went out of their way to repair FAR more than they were responsible for. The company has more than satisfied our concerns. I called Mother Earth Father Time 3 times in the span of a week to get a quote to cut two trees in South Kona. Each time I was asked for my personal information, address, details about each tree and told by Joselyn that an arborist would call me back within 24 hrs. My calls were spaced every couple of days (48 hrs+). I never heard back. They either have too much business and can't be bothered with new business, or have horrible follow-through habits. I do not recommend this company unless you're willing to waste your time.
