I am rejecting this response because:Response to Mother Nature's Lawn Care reply to my complaintID: ***My purpose in acquiring the services of a professional lawn care company was to improve my lawn by controlling the weedsIf applying a weed
killer to my lawn in early spring was going to kill my grass, even partially, is very important. I should have been made aware of what to expect and I was not.When *** *** came to my home in June the only comment he made to me was that " there is no way my chemicals did this to your lawn" and that was itAfter some arguing *** offered to refund the two treatment fees.($84.00)*** did not offer any tips on how to resurrect dead grass and he sure didn't offer any free treatments*** has yet to answer why his treatment killed my grass and did not kill the weeds I contacted several lawn care companies hopefully to find out what had killed my grass, the consensus was that the technician had over applied the chemicals and about all that could be done now was to start over In an effort to provide myself with some semblance of a lawn, I spent many hours and a lot of money digging, planting plugs and sewing grass seed Ideally the lawn should have been completely redone with new sod, my guess is that this would have cost around $an amount I could not affordTo pay me for my time, my labor and material cost I feel that $would be a fair settlement and Mother Nature Lawn Care and I will be done with each other
