We have used Airmasters for over years and have always had great results for them Everyone from the front office to the techs are very professional and courteousThey are on time and inform you any problems or issues that ariseWe recently had an HVAC system installed and the installers and their work were exceptional We highly recommend them
I have had a maintenance agreement with Airmasters for years They installed my current system some years agoIn Oct it was necessary to place a service call We were told our thermostat was bad, assuming we would be charged a reasonable amount for a replacement, we had it replaced We were charged a diagnostic fee and over for the thermostat which could have been purchased for under online I wrote the company a letter expressing my dissatisfaction with their pricing and the company has not even done me the courtesy of responding which let's me know how much they value their customers Obviously the maintenance agreement does not provide any real value
