Motherland Braids

I initially went on Friday, August 22nd asking for marley twists and I brought marley twist hair with me. Keep in mind I had pics on my phone of all the twist styles I would be interested in. I was strayed away from getting the marley twists so then I asked about another style that I had a pic of and was told the hair needed was spring twist hair which had to be ordered. So that was a "no". I then showed another pic that turned out to be [redacted] twists but at this point I was shown a picture on the wall and was asked did I like it. With this question I'm assuming that the pics I liked could not be done on my head. I went and purchased additional hair for the style on the wall. I trusted the referral so no problem. Once seated and started on I never saw my hair at all. When complete I was asked for $180 because they had to leave so I paid in cash. Once I looked at my hair I was not satisfied at all but I figured maybe it's the lighting I will look again once I get outside or something; I only made it a block and knew it looked awful. I called back and was hung up on after explaining I did not like my hair so I turned around and came back to the shop. Everyone seemed upset with me and just talked in [redacted] I believe and I waited another 45 min just to get my hair taken down. I never once asked for money back or anything. Long story short I was told that maybe the initial parties involved did not understand English too good so I was asked could I please come back the next day so I would not be an unsatisfied customer and she would work in a discount. I returned Sunday and got one of the twist styles I had asked for on Friday. Once done I was treated rudely and was told I owe them $200 and they had already "wasted $70" with me! I asked did my $180 not mean anything on Friday but no response! I was in shock and paid the money. If I had known I was paying for a whole new do I could've went somewhere else. I even lost exactly 3 twists the following day and at least one each day after.Product_Or_Service: Hair BraidingDesired SettlementI would like at least $100 back or something. That is only fair but I was totally mislead and the treatment I received from them was awful! I felt so unwelcome and mistreated.
