Mothers Helper Cleaning

Review: I met [redacted], owner of Mothers Helper Cleaning, at Lowes parking lot after a reconized her cleaning advertising sign on her car. I had a need for cleaning service and asked Ms. [redacted] if she would be interested. She was and visted the six room townhouse and quoted a fee of $150 to clean all the carpets, hardwood floors, kitchen appliances, interior windows, bathroom tile, wooden doors, light fictures, basement floor, etc. I met with her after she had started and she was very convincing that all the items we had discussed were going to be done. I had to go out-of-town for business, so I paid her in full plus a tip an she assure me that all the remaining items would be oompleted when I retruned. I checked the cleaning status once I returned, and found out that only a few items were completed and there was long list of items that still needed to be addressed. I phoned her and left four messages, and never received a phone call back. Ms. [redacted] cannot be trusted and her cleaning business is a scam.
