Review: We purchased carpeting (a runner) September 2013 which was installed on our hallway stairs January 2014, for the cost of $4,548.93 and within a month or so, the carpet started coming up. It took some time but the installer came and did some repairs to carpet. But it happened again... and after weeks of emails, someone finally came to attempt to fix the problem again. It is still a problem. Then, after more weeks of emails... Motif Designs finally had a representative/[redacted] from [redacted] (the [redacted]) look at the carpet. The [redacted] told me two things; the carpet is not appropriate for the application (it shouldn't be on stairs) and the installation was a problem.
We told Motif to replace carpet with different carpet or refund our money. The carpet is a problem and has been from day one. We don't want the same carpet installed; we will have the same problem. I have photos if needed. It takes Motif weeks/months to take action each time we contact them.Desired Settlement: We want a total refund
